FatBoy knobs are countersunk to all hell, they are bored out to fit thick shift levers and the thread is set as deep as possible to allow this shift knob to screw down further than any other knob on the market! In fact, the knob sits so low, you almost don't need a short shifter! The weight clocks in at a mere 6oz.
